FANTA Hosts Two-Day Food For Peace Gender Analysis Workshop

Two women carry bags of supplies on their heads.

At the request of USAID's Office of Food for Peace (USAID/FFP), FANTA hosted a two-day Gender Analysis Workshop on July 26-27, 2016, in Washington, DC, for organizations implementing USAID/FFP development food assistance projects. Representatives from USAID/FFP participated in the workshop. The workshop provided participants with an opportunity to consider how to design and undertake a gender analysis that is linked to the project theory of change in order to strengthen project implementation and technical sector programming (agriculture and livelihoods, maternal and child health and nutrition, and disaster risk reduction).
