Bridget Ralph

Project Manager
Uganda

Bridget, what do you do at FANTA?

I manage the Uganda Country Portfolio from the HQ side. I provide management and technical support for the implementation of FANTA activities in Uganda, and liaise and coordinate between our FANTA Uganda Staff and our staff at HQ.

What has been your proudest moment on the FANTA project?

I have so many proud moments working with FANTA so it's hard to pick just one. Two of my proudest moments were watching our UNF Fellows graduate, the first class in August 2014 and the second class in October 2016. I was impressed at how articulate, poised, and confident each of them were as they presented their UNF projects and talked about their experience in the program. The graduations were a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the success and hard work of our Fellows and look to the future with excitement about all they will accomplish. The graduation ceremonies also represented the culmination of a lot of hard work, coordination, strategizing, and planning by our FANTA team in Uganda. The team worked tirelessly to ensure the success of the UNF program—their dedication was inspiring to watch and made me proud to be part of such an amazing team.
