Alisa Alano has more than 15 years of experience in the design and management of international public health programs. She has extensive experience implementing PEPFAR-supported HIV prevention, care, and treatment programs in sub-Saharan Africa and Asia. Before joining FANTA, Alisa worked with ICAP at Columbia University overseeing and managing country programs. She has also worked previously for FHI 360 in Tanzania where she managed USAID-funded programs focusing on improving delivery of HIV services at both the health facility and community levels. She holds a Master of Public Health degree from Tulane University and a Master of Science degree from the University of Maryland.
