Title II Evaluation Scopes of Work (2002)
This technical note is a reference for managers, program implementers, and evaluation teams. It provides standard items to include in scopes of work for process and impact evaluations. Examples of evaluation questions are given for several sectors: agriculture, infrastructure, microenterprise/microfinance, health and nutrition, and education. The evaluation questions are illustrative and can be tailored to the specific characteristics or emphases of each Development Assistance Program.
