Food Access Indicator Review (2003)
For many Title II Awardees, determining changes in food access was not easy, particularly because appropriate indicators were not standardized and were hard to measure and interpret. Guidance and tools to assist in measuring access indicators were limited or not readily available to the field.
The objective of this review was to review how Title II Development Assistance Programs addressed food access, assess how Title II private voluntary organizations monitored and evaluated food access, and identify good measurement practices.
