This paper briefly reviews USAID Office of Food for Peace Title II Awardees’ experiences with trigger indicators and early warning and response systems, including outlining key characteristics of such indicators and systems, as well as providing suggestions on how Awardees can operationalize USAID guidance on trigger indicators.
