Laura Glaeser, Technical Advisor, Food Security

Laura Glaeser is a food security and livelihoods professional with 10 years of experience designing, managing, evaluating, and providing technical assistance and decision support for humanitarian, transitional, and development programs in Africa, Latin America, and Asia, including more than 3 years directly applying and adapting these skills for USAID’s food security-focused emergency and development programs in the Office of Food for Peace. Prior to joining FHI 360, she consulted for FANTA, the Swedish International Development Agency, FEG Consulting, Fintrac, CHF, and IRG, among other organizations. Her field experience includes work in Burma, Ethiopia, Haiti, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Thailand, Uganda, and Zimbabwe. She has a BA in international studies and socio-cultural anthropology from Macalester College.
